James  2:14 " What good is it, my brothers, if a man claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith safe him?"  

 So, what is this deed? it is an action that is performed intentionally from the heart,believing that God can answer one's prayers 

 which leads us to James 2:16 If one of you goes to him "Go, I wish you well; keep warm and well fed," but does nothing about his physical needs, what good is it?"

which then leads to questioning! James 2:17 - in the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead. -Simple means faith without action is dead

James 2:17 ,This was the first verse I learnt way back in 2009 and I never really knew how long it actually was.All I did was remind myself  "hey faith without action is dead". You see, whatever verse we read now will eventually come back and teach us once again,just that in a different way everytime!

Romans 3:22 This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe.There is no difference

What is this righteousness? -Adhearing to principles
However! because we a already prone to sin, we cannot be deemed as righteous people but only through God are we given the gift of righteousness and this righteousness was available to man because of the faithfullness of Jesus Christ -> John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son to die for, that whoever that believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
