My QT this past 2 days have been something different,I was building a relationship with God through one of the very things I love! Music.
While doing praise and worship,God and I worked together to compose a song for him ! Cool huh.
Right there,I could really feel his presence.Didnt even know 2hours had gone by.(This is for yesterday)
Managed to compose the song till the chorus,many many changes were made to the words in it.For the chorus I couldnt' really get the strumming pattern I wanted to suit the verse so I was like
"okay God ! I'm sure we'll find out somehow the next day!"
True enough today I got it.
Persistence as what I learnt in DNA, is one of the ways to PRAY with AUTHORITY.
Somehow.I did not even develop the slightest " aiya sian I give up".
A few things I learnt during QT this 2 days are:
1. I wanted to keep changing the lyrics to make it perfect for God but then a voice told me I didn't have to because God dosen't need us to be perfect and he loves us for what we are and praising him already brings joy !
2. QT Isn't just about learning through the Bible.It is through the relationship you foster with God through studying his word, Sharing your day with him and being thankful or even a simple Praise and worship session !
Alright back to work!
I am a conqueror and will be VICTORIOUS in everything I do in righteousness.
