What is praise? That’s a very fundamental question that pastor had successfully tackled. We really need to ask ourselves, what kind of praise are we giving to God? A praise deep within from our hearts? And praise is the fundamental action to God. Because when everything else stops, praise is the only thing that remain. When we die, when Christ comes down, there will no longer be evangelizing, no discipleship, no nothing: except worship. Worship is the only action that will remain forever. I have been asking myself what kind of praise am I going to God? A praise that really praise Him? A praise from my heart? It is so true that praise is a decision that we all make. We can choose to praise God or we can choose otherwise. It is blessed for a person who is depressed, tired to praise Him. And by doing so, we lift up our problems to Him. Because when we praise Him we are saying: “Regardless of my problem, I will praise you because you are greater, more powerful than our problem.” That is exemplary.
